HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (August 23, 2011) – Helen Cavasin, MD, has recently joined the medical staff at Hendersonville Medical Center. Dr. Cavasin’s medical specialty is Obstetrics and Gynecology, and she has joined longtime area OBGYN Dr. Brent Nason in practice at Tennessee Women’s Care.
Dr. Cavasin comes to Hendersonville after completing her residency at the University of Arizona. Her training in obstetrics and gynecology emphasized laparoscopic surgery, urogynecology and high-risk obstetrics. Dr. Cavasin is a graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans and holds a Master’s degree in Public Health, also from Tulane.
