April 11, 2011 - Greenview Regional Hospital, in cooperation with the Alzheimer’s Association of Kentucky and Indiana and the Corvette Assembly Plant, will be offering a seminar for professionals and the public on “Understanding Alzheimer’s Disease: Signs, Symptoms and Effective Communication.”

The event will be held Wednesday, August 31 from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. in the Community Classrooms of Greenview. Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) will be available.

A check presentation was held August 10 at the Bowling Green Corvette Assembly Plant as the local facility made a $5,000 contribution to the Alzheimer’s Association to further the education of the public and healthcare providers about the disease.
