In order to protect our patients, visitors, physicians and caregivers from the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are enacting a modified hospital visitor policy.
TriStar StoneCrest welcomes visitors to our facility. We believe patients benefit from loved ones being actively involved in care and visiting regularly. It is our pleasure to provide a variety of resources and amenities to make you more comfortable while you are here.
For additional questions about TriStar StoneCrest campus or policies, please call (615) 768-2000.
We believe it is beneficial to patients for loved ones to be actively involved in care and visit regularly, so visitation hours are not restricted. The intensive care unit welcomes a family member or friend to stay with the patient twenty four hours per day, seven days per week. Visitors should check in at the nurses’ station after 9:00pm.
Visitor parking is located directly in front of the hospital and in front of the Emergency Room entrance.
The gift shop is located in the main lobby area and offers a variety of gifts including fresh flowers, baby items, get well, reading material, balloons, and specialty gift items. Same day delivery gifts for patients currently at TriStar StoneCrest are available.
