Senior behavioral health services
Our senior treatment program helps individuals regain safety and stability in their mental health through medication management and group therapy. We specialize in caring for senior patients who are experiencing acute psychiatric and behavioral symptoms, including:
- Mood disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder)
- Thought disorders (e.g., schizophrenia and disorders with psychotic features)
Treatment mall approach
We use a treatment mall approach, allowing patients to participate in both group and one-on-one therapy sessions. We work with patients to set goals for recovery and learn the skills needed to cope with mental health conditions after discharge. We offer group therapy with our treatment mall in the following areas:
- Chemical dependency
- Grief and loss
- Mood disorders
- Thought disorders
Memory care program
Our memory care program offers acute inpatient behavioral health services to patients facing dementia or other psychiatric disorders impairing memory, judgment and behavior. Our multidisciplinary team works to maximize a patient's current level of functioning with care tailored to their personality, physiological needs and mental aptitude.
Dementia classification system
We offer individualized care based on a patient's current stage in their progression of dementia. To do this, we use six levels of classification to better understand your loved one's cognitive ability and create a supportive environment for them. With therapeutic interventions, we support their current functioning and plan ahead for changes in ability.
Senior admission information
We offer 24/7 admission services through the Community Assistance Program (CAPs). Our staff will preform the assessment and determine the level of care appropriate for you or your loved one. We take walk-ins and patients admitted from the emergency room (ER) or inpatient care.
