Inpatient care
Our inpatient mental health program for senior adults helps you regain mental stability through medication management, alternative therapy, group therapy and nutrition services.
Outpatient care
We provide follow-up treatment and outpatient care for seniors in our outpatient therapy program. This may include group therapy sessions along with medication management.
Senior admission information
We offer 24/7 admission services through the Community Assistance Program (CAPs). Our staff will perform necessary assessments and determine the appropriate level of care.
We take walk-ins as well as patients admitted both from the emergency room (ER) or inpatient care.

TriStar Centennial Medical Center - Online Class
This pre-operative educational class is provided to patients that have been scheduled for spine surgery. The class is presented by a Registered Nurse, who will provide comprehensive education, including pre-operative preparations, a review of hospital stay procedures and post-operative expectations.
TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center
Labor Tours are available! Come check out your room and understand the care you can expect while staying with us. Tours are provided by our staff and will answer all your questions. We will give you a tour of both Labor and Delivery and the Mother/Baby rooms. All tours are every Saturday 12pm-1pm.
TriStar Centennial Children's Hospital
Childbirth Center Tours include viewing our private birthing rooms, private postpartum rooms and newborn nursery. Tours are offered to familiarize you with birth options and our state-of-the-art facilities. Pre-registration may be completed at end of the tour.
