We are open 24/7 to provide families in Bellevue, Fairview, Kingston Springs and Pegram, with emergency care in affiliation with TriStar Centennial Medical Center. As part of the TriStar Health family of hospitals, our patients have access to our larger network of care. If inpatient care is required, we offer seamless admission to any of our hospitals in Middle Tennessee.

Just like a hospital-based emergency room, our freestanding ER provides a range of emergency services, including:

• Full-service emergency care – the same services and accreditation standards as hospital-based ERs
• Staffed 24/7 by emergency medicine doctors, specially trained emergency nurses and support teams
• 11 treatment rooms, including a fully equipped trauma bay
• Advanced imaging for diagnostics and testing, including CT scan, X-ray and ultrasound imaging
• On-site laboratory testing
• Fully integrated extension of TriStar Centennial Medical Center’s downtown ER

In addition to advanced, comprehensive adult emergency care, we also offer pediatric emergency treatment for kids of all ages. As part of the TriStar Health family of hospitals, your child will have direct access to our network of pediatricians and pediatric specialists and seamless admission to TriStar Centennial Children's Hospital if inpatient care is needed.

We are located at the intersection of Highway 70S and Harpeth Valley Road, right off I-40. You may park in the parking lot located next to the emergency room entrance.
