TriStar Centennial Medical Center earns 25th consecutive 'A' rating from The Leapfrog Group
National recognitions highlight hospital's commitment to exceptional, high-quality care
Nashville, TN – TriStar Centennial Medical Center earned an ‘A’ Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group, an independent nonprofit organization focused on patient safety. This is TriStar Centennial’s 25th consecutive “Straight A,” beginning in 2012. This national distinction recognizes TriStar Centennial's achievements in protecting patients from harm and error in the hospital.

In addition to this latest achievement, TriStar Centennial was recognized by Healthgrades as a Top 50 Hospital for vascular surgery and No. 1 in Tennessee for joint replacement and cardiology care. Healthgrades also recognized TriStar Centennial as a Top 100 Hospital for cardiac care, orthopedic care, critical care, stroke care and gastrointestinal care.
