TriStar Centennial Medical Center names Jada Dotson as Assistant Chief Staffing Officer

Dotson oversees more than 100 hospital department schedules in an effort to provide patients with exceptional quality care

Nashville, TN – TriStar Centennial Medical Center is pleased to announce Jada Dotson as assistant chief staffing officer for the 741-bed facility in downtown Nashville. In this role, Dotson oversees more than 100 hospital department schedules and manages staffing in an effort to provide patients with exceptional quality care.

Her familiarity with HCA Healthcare and dedication to our colleagues and patients allows our hospital to continue providing exceptional quality care. Jada demonstrates a commitment to excellence with every action,” said Tom Ozburn, president and chief executive officer of TriStar Centennial Medical Center.

Dotson previously served as an executive resident within HCA Healthcare’s TriStar Division where she acted as a resource for both patients and employees, identifying new ways to enhance services and benefit patient experience.

Dotson earned her master’s degree in health administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a bachelor’s degree in public health from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
