It’s time to go back to school, and no matter what your child’s age, there are some important healthy habits to start at the beginning of the new school year.

Children, like adults, like and thrive on consistent routines. If you can visit the school, classrooms and campus before starting, that will help ease into a new situation. You want your children to feel comfortable and not experience any possible stress or worries.
