The ROSE Award

The ROSE Award, short for Recognition of Service Excellence, celebrates non-clinical support and clinical ancillary colleagues who work tirelessly to provide the best possible service.

The ROSE employee recognition program will identify employees who serve as models to the community for professional achievement and reinforce TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center’s commitment to recognizing outstanding performance. The ROSE award is given quarterly to a non-clinical support and clinical ancillary colleagues who exemplifies extraordinary service in the performance of their job.

Selection criteria is based on more than an employee doing the essential functions of their job; it is going above and beyond the call of duty and being exemplary in their performance.
