TriStar Horizon Medical Center announces 2024 Board of Trustees
TriStar Horizon announces 2024 Board of Trustees, including new members.
TriStar Horizon Medical Center is pleased to announce its 2024 Board of Trustees. Three new members, Jennifer Law, ACNP-BC, Walter Stephens, M.D., and Archibold Marowa, will begin their terms in January.
Each member of the Board of Trustees is chosen for their dedication to the medical center in its mission, as well as for their ability to represent the medical profession and the community.
Jennifer Law, RN, MSN, ACNP-BC, MHA, is a cardiology nurse practitioner with Dickson Medical Associates and is a member of TriStar Horizon’s advanced practice professionals staff. Law has worked in acute care and outpatient settings and garnered over 27 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She received a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and holds certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She obtained a Master of Healthcare Administration from National Louis University. She is deeply devoted to her profession, community, and commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare. She and her husband have two daughters, who are both pursuing healthcare careers.
Walter Stephens, M.D., is a family medicine physician with Covenant Medical Group. He has been practicing medicine in Dickson County since 2001. He is a graduate of Cumberland University with a degree in biology. He received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee and completed his residency in family medicine at UT Family Practice in Chattanooga where he served as chief resident. Dr. Stephens is an experienced emergency medicine physician, hospice medical director and inpatient rehab medical director. Dr. Stephens enjoys spending his free time with his wife and four daughters.
Archibold Marowa, MBA, is an account consultant at a local company, Hiscall, Inc. Prior to joining Hiscall, Marowa worked at TriStar Bank as a relationship manager. He attended Freed-Hardeman University for both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Business Administration. He is currently the chairman of Dickson County Help Center’s Board of Directors and serves as a mentor with tnAchieves and volunteer with CASA of Dickson County. In his free time, Archibold loves to watch his wife sing and perform in her local band. He also enjoys coaching and playing soccer, running, cooking and reading.
