Our women's services team is a leader in delivering high-quality care to women that are tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Obstetrics and gynecology
Through the women's care program at our hospital, you have access to the latest treatment options for conditions affecting women's reproductive organs and breasts. Our obstetricians and gynecologists (OB/GYNs) combine expertise in breast health, reproductive health and both prenatal and postpartum care.
Working alongside experienced surgeons, our OB/GYN team performs a wide range of advanced gynecologic surgical procedures, such as hysterectomies and biopsies. They also assist in childbirth and provide routine care for women at every age.
Labor and delivery
We focus on providing the safest and most comfortable birthing experience possible at our hospital. The well-being of both you and your baby is our top priority in our birthing center. Here, we can accommodate different options for your labor and childbirth.
Neonatal intensive care
We also offer care for babies born prematurely at our Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Our Level II NICU offers advanced and comprehensive care for babies born at 32 weeks gestational age or greater. If your baby requires critical care, we will work closely with you to develop a treatment plan for your little one.
Breast health
Our breast care team uses advanced diagnostic tools to detect breast cancer early, so you can move forward with treatment as soon as possible. We offer 3D mammograms, which use multiple X-rays to create a 3D image, as well as other tests to identify issues and guide treatment.
Women's care appointments at our hospital
TriStar Horizon is in Dickson, Tennessee, near the intersection of Mathis Drive and Henslee Drive.
You can reach our hospital from Mathis Drive or Highway 70. Parking is available in front of the hospital, by the east pavilion and by the emergency room. When you arrive, proceed to the patient registration/admissions department on the first floor of the east pavilion. An admissions and registration receptionist will greet you and help you check-in.
